We're Seeking a Customer Service Representative! OfficeTeam is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Key responsibilities - Manage incoming telephone calls - By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Requirements
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e. g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Customer service and office administrative skills - Telemarketing experience preferred - Data entry experience - Customer service experience - Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
