Customer Service Representive

The Customer Service Representative will interact daily with end-user customers, distributors, and Regional Sales Managers regarding orders, products, and services, providing superior service to Bullard?s internal and external customers.

General Responsibilities:




  • Provide information regarding orders, products, and services to customers, distributors and Regional Sales Managers


  • Answer phone calls


  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax


  • Process orders and returns


  • Identify, research, and resolve issues


  • Troubleshoot and answer technical product questions


  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:




  • Two (2) Years related experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English preferred


  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Ability to learn and incorporate technical and mechanical information


  • Professional speaking voice and phone etiquette





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
