Duties - Greet and welcome patients in a professional, friendly manner and provide concierge services - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and reservations - Perform clerical duties , administrative support and basic tech support - Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and inspire others - Desire for career advancement and personal development - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Note:
